Terms and Conditions of Business
We are Needle & Thread Workshops and we own www.needleandthreadworkshops.com the online shop and website and also run sewing and craft workshops at our studio in Eagle Hall. Please note we only sell goods via our online website we do not have a bricks and mortar shop.

Needle & Thread Workshops & Classes
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking. By making a booking for a workshop at Needle & Thread Workshops you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
To make a booking
Use the ‘Add to Cart’ button to book a workshop and complete the payment process, your booking will be confirmed by email with full details and directions. Payments in advance for a class/workshop are required to secure a place.
If you need to cancel your booking
In the event of a cancellation payments are non refundable, but if the place is filled credit can be given for use in future workshops (to be used within 12 months).
If we have to cancel a workshop
It is very unlikely that we would cancel a workshop, but all of our workshops require minimum number of participants required to go ahead. Very occasionally we may have to postpone or cancel a class, if a class is undersubscribed or for some other unavoidable circumstance. We will always try to give you 48hrs notice or let you know as soon as possible, and an offer of an alternative date or a full refund will be made. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur other than the class/workshop fee.
Health & Safety
Needle & Thread Workshops take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of its customers.It is important that students and other visitors are aware of others and their safety. Any Health & Safety advice given by the management and staff of Needle & THread Workshops must be adhered to. Needle & Thread Workshops cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage to you or your personal possessions. Vehicles are parked at owners risk. Needle & Thread workshops cannot be held liable for any accident or injury incurred whilst visiting the premises.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before ordering. By ordering any of our products or services from the Needle & Thread Workshops website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price of the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Payment of the price for the products represents an offer on your part to purchase the products, which will be accepted by Needle & Thread Workshops only when the products are dispatched. Only at this point is a legally binding contract created between us.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. All prices are correct at the time of entering the information.
We reserve the right not to process your order if
1. we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered.
2. we do not deliver to your area.
3. one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or an error in pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cannot process your order for the above reasons we will notify you by email and make any refunds due for the items as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.
Acknowledgement of your order
To enable us to process your order, you will need to provide us with your e-mail and postal address. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. For the avoidance of doubt, this correspondence does not constitute a contract between us.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the products you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order and receive a refund.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order has been dispatched. Delivery is by Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. Current delivery charges and times can be viewed on our Delivery Information page.
Ownership of goods
You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. If you choose to use your own courier then the risk passes to you as soon as the products are handed to your courier. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Returns and exchanges
We hope you will be very happy with your purchases from Needle & Thread, however in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, any unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (excluding postage costs). Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Please ensure all items are sent in protective packaging which will reach us in a re-sellable condition. Address returns to Needle & Thread Workshops, Churchlea, Church Road, Harby, Newark, NG23 7ED.
On receiving your products you must inspect the products immediately upon receipt and must notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you consider the products are damaged or faulty. If you fail to return the products within 14 days of notifying us then you will be deemed to have fully accepted the products. If the products are damaged or faulty, you must return the products to Needle & Thread Workshops at the address supplied. You will be entitled to receive a full refund, including the lowest delivery cost offered at purchase, plus the cost of returning the products. We will process refunds using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If returned products are found to be damaged and this is found to be the fault of the buyer, we will not be able to offer a refund.
We only supply the products for domestic and private use. We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control. Furthermore, we do not accept liability for any losses related to any business of yours including but not limited to: lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
Needle and Thread Workshops does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.b. Administer and enhance the site and service.c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
At any time you may check the information that we hold is accurate by contacting us via email, if you find any innaccuracies we will correct or delete our record according to your request.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through before you make an order.
